Full Moon Release Ritual and Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of reflection, release, and restoration under the energy of the Full Moon.

We’ll begin with a discussion of the current lunar and astrological energies, exploring the themes that may be showing up individually and collectively. From there, we’ll move into guided reflection with journal prompts designed to help you recognize what has come to light, what you’re ready to release, and what may be asking for your attention.

We’ll then move through an intentional release ritual before settling in for a deeply restorative sound bath meditation with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments.

This monthly gathering is an opportunity to pause, reflect, clear what you’re ready to leave behind, and create space for what comes next.

New Moon Women's Circle

Join us for an afternoon of reflection, connection, and intentional presence as we gather in circle with like-minded women. We’ll create space to check in with ourselves, listen inward, and consider what we’re ready to nurture as we move into this next cycle.

There’s something about gathering with women that creates space for a different kind of conversation.

Our New Moon Circle is a time to reflect, connect, and turn our attention inward. We’ll share, listen, reflect, and make room for whatever feels present.

Usui Holy Fire III - Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the practice of Reiki and the beginning of your personal journey working with Reiki energy. This training is open to anyone who feels called to learn Reiki, whether for personal healing and spiritual growth or as the first step toward supporting others.

During this hands-on training, you’ll learn the history and foundations of Usui Reiki, how Reiki works, the Reiki principles, energy awareness, hand positions, and techniques for offering Reiki to yourself and others. You’ll receive the Holy Fire® III Reiki Level 1 placement and have time to practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive environment.

You’ll leave with the knowledge and tools to begin incorporating Reiki into your daily life, along with your Reiki Level 1 certification.
